People of different ethnicities are praying at the Western Wall and leaving their wishes on slips of paper. Muslims who come to pray on the Temple Mount and sometimes also encounter Jews who are allowed to be there at limited times.
Black Christians carrying the cross on the Via Dolarosa or the joyful gathering of Coptic Christians in front of the Deir Es-Sultan monastery on the roof of the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.
East Jerusalem, which has such a different street scene to West Jerusalem.
